By email to the address you provide, as soon as your payment is received – with the design you chose. For PayPal, card or Klarna this usually takes minutes; for bank transfer, once the transfer arrives. Forward or print the email to give it as a gift.

Yes. The gift card can be redeemed online at bag-age.de and in our shop at Bergmannstraße 13 in Berlin-Kreuzberg. In the shop, simply show the code at the till – printed or on your phone. The remaining balance is then up to date both online and in the shop. You can also buy gift cards directly in our shop.
